Products purchased from the official Who Moved My Protein online storeย www.whomovedmyprotein.comย areย not eligible for returnย once delivered.
However, we offer aย full replacementย for any product that is damaged or defective on arrival.
To process a replacement, our customer support team will verify the issue through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once validated, your replacement order will be dispatched immediately.

Requests madeย after 10 daysย from delivery will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelledย only before they are shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, aย cancellation fee of โน200ย will apply to cover forward and reverse logistics charges.
To cancel a shipped order, please contact our customer support team.
Approved refunds will be initiated to theย original mode of paymentย withinย 5-10 working days.

If the product comes with a seal tag, please ensure it remains attached during return or exchange.
If you wish to return merchandise, we provide aย free pickup service.
Simply email us atย support@whomovedmyprotein.comย or message us on WhatsApp, and our delivery partner will collect the product from your address.
